* To conduct an annual evaluation to monitor outcomes and measure

THE HOLDER:
(QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS)
_ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:_
* 3rd level Degree or equivalent in relevant area (social sciences,
communications, policy, international relations, etc.); Masters level
desirable
* Self-starter with ability to work well under own initiative and as
part of a team
* Proven relationship-building and communication skills
* Interested in learning and working collaboratively
* Strong writing/editing skills including writing online copy
* Conference / presentation experience
* Experience with social media campaigns
* Comfortable and experienced with online communication systems ?
Zoom, Slack, etc.
* Commitment to social justice
* Awareness of Irish emigrant-related issues
* IT Skills (MS Office & Teams, Content Management Systems and
Databases)
_DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:_
* Relationship building experience ? particularly around
collaborative or inter-organisational projects
* Volunteer/line management experience
* Experience working with Irish emigrants abroad
* Online campaigns and strategy
_PERSONAL SKILLS:_
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to get involved in and contribute to colleagues areas
of work and projects

_Note: working hours are 9am ? 5pm, Monday to Friday based in our
Dublin 1 office. A number of overseas trips and some unsociable
working hours for global conference calls are an essential part of the
role_.
